Coroner’s rulings

The Lucas County Coroner has ruled in the following deaths:

Devin Bradner, 23, of Toledo, Nov. 7, at home. Suicide, combined drug toxicity (effexor and metabolit).

Samia Hegab, 3 months, of Toledo, Sept. 29, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Undetermined, sudden unexpected infant death.

Angelina Johnson, 13, of Toledo, Dec. 29, at home. Suicide, deceased hanged herself.

Frederick Kitchen, 58, of Toledo, Oct. 18, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity (fentanyl and heroin).

Karl Kleman, of Ottawa, Ohio, Oct. 7, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical. Accidental, multiple blunt force injuries sustained from vehicle accident.

Angela Miller, 42, of Swanton, Dec. 2, at St. Luke’s Hospital. Suicide, deceased hanged herself.

Scott Mowka, 39, Sept. 29, cause of death unknown and manner of death undetermined.

Anthony Rayford, 50, of Toledo, Sept. 8, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center. Homicide, blunt head trauma; deceased was pedestrian struck by motor vehicle.

Lisa Richardson, 35, of Toledo, Oct. 21, at home. Accidental, fentanyl toxicity.

Margaret Thomas, 84, of Temperance, Jan. 24, at Ebeid Hospice. Accidental, congestive heart failure; deceased fell at home.

Amanda Wallace, 66, of Toledo, Dec. 20, at University of Toledo Medical Center. Accidental, multiple blunt forces injuries; deceased was pedestrian struck by motor vehicle
