Coroner’s rulings

The Lucas County Coroner has ruled in the following deaths:

Mary Baldwin, 84, of Monroe, Dec. 8, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Accidental, complications of blunt force trauma to left hip; deceased fell at home.

Jennifer Blodgett, 36, of Toledo, Nov. 17, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity (fentanyl, hydrocodone, and tramadol).

David Braddock, 41, of Toledo, Oct. 7, in 1400 block of North Erie. Accidental, acute drug intoxication (heroin metabolite and cocaine).

Thad Cleghorn, 52, of Maumee, Jan. 4, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity (fentanyl, cocaine, heroin, and alprazolam).

Aisha Cole, 38, of Toledo, Sept. 19, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, combined ethanol and drug intoxication (carfentanil and others).

Alandiane Ferguson, 61, of Oct. 13, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center. Suicide, complication of multiple blunt force injuries sustained from being struck by a motor vehicle.

Sally Lucas, 52, of Toledo, Sept. 30, at home. Suicide, probable drug toxicity; deceased consumed prescription drugs.

George Ritter, 93, of Maumee, March 15, at home. Accidental, complications of left hip fracture.

Rosemary Schumacher, 88, of Perrysburg, March 14, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Accidental, complications of right hip fracture; deceased fell at restaurant.

Ora Skaggs, 90, of Helena, Ohio, Jan. 6, at ProMedica Bay Park Hospital. Accidental, complications of multiple blunt force trauma sustained from vehicle accident.

Daniel Dotson II, 32, of Toledo, Nov. 24, at home. Suicide, combined drug toxicity (diphenhydramine and ethanol).

Dawn Quaintance, 50, of Sylvania, Nov. 21, at home. Suicide, combined drug toxicity (fluoxetine and quetiapine).
