Division I

BOWSHER 70, FINDLAY 64 ■ VIDEO

FOSTORIA — Dalonte Brown scored 14 of his 20 points during the fourth quarter as the Rebels advanced in a Division I boys basketball sectional final Friday night.

Brown had been held without a field goal through three quarters, when Bowsher (19-4) trailed 51-50. Antonio Carter added 16 points for the Rebels and Jalen Elliott 12.

Kyle Nunn led Findlay (14-9) with 22 points. Ryan Nunn added 15.

Bowsher will face Whitmer in a district semifinal game at 8 p.m. Thursday at the University of Toledo.

WHITMER 58, LIMA SENIOR 56 ■ VIDEO

FOSTORIA — When regulation couldn’t decide the game Derrick Rayford’s two baskets in overtime lifted Whitmer.

Rayford finished with 23 points and Nick Witcher added 19 for Whitmer (17-6).

BJ Miller paced Lima Senior (15-8) with 24 points and Jarius Ward pitched in with 16.

Division II

CENTRAL CATHOLIC 52, SCOTT 42 ■ VIDEO

DJ Triplett scored 26 of his 33 points after halftime as the Fighting Irish (7-16) won in Millbury.

Genesis Warith led the Bulldogs (2-21) with 14 points, and Anthony Morris added 12.

WOODWARD 78, ROSSFORD 71 ■ VIDEO

G’nonn Caraway scored 22 points, Ty’quan Porter added 16, and Charles Robinson 14 as the Polar Bears (8-14) advanced in Millbury.

Cota Sinclair led the Bulldogs (12-11) with 19 points. Ben Verbosky added 17.

NAPOLEON 58, TIFFIN COLUMBIAN 53 ■ VIDEO

Breff Lauf scored 23 for the Wildcats (8-15) in a game played at Anthony Wayne.

Napoleon will face Wauseon in the district semifinal at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday at Bowling Green State University.

Ro Durham led the Columbian charge with 31 points.

WAUSEON 61, MAUMEE 40 ■ VIDEO

The region’s top seed, Wauseon, led by 14 at halftime and didn’t look back in a game played at Anthony Wayne.

Brooks Gype led Wauseon (22-1) with 15 points while Owen Newlove and Austin Rotroff each added 11.

Maumee (6-17) was led by Ben Pacer, who scored 13.

OTTAWA-GLANDORF 72, BRYAN 56

PAULDING — Jay Kaufman scored 18 points, Jake Dible 15, Owen Hiegel 14, and Trevor Siefker 13 for Ottawa-Glandorf.

Evan Smith led Bryan (13-10) with 15 points. Jason Valderes and Peyton Lamberson both added 13.

Division III

SWANTON 58, OTTAWA HILLS 50 ■ VIDEO

Gunnar Oakes scored 43 to carry Swanton in a double-overtime thriller at Bowsher.

Oakes scored 12 of his 43 in the overtimes. He did most of his work in the paint.

Swanton (11-12) advances to play Eastwood in the district semifinals at 6:15 p.m. Thursday at Central Catholic.

Ottawa Hills (14-8) was led by Hunter Sieben, who finished with 15.

EASTWOOD 83, NORTHWOOD 28 ■ VIDEO

Eastwood had 14 different players score at Bowsher.

Cade Boos did the most of the damage with 20 points and Logan Frobose added 12 for Eastwood (19-4).

Northwood (1-22) was led by Cameron Price and Evan LaPlante, who scored seven points each.

CARDINAL STRITCH 59, OTSEGO 58

OAK HARBOR — Little Anderson scored 19 points, Joey Holifield 16, and Jeff Dunsmore 11 as the Cardinals (19-4) won in overtime.

Parker Vollmar led the Knights (11-12) with 21 points. Will Varner added 13 points and David Silva 12.

GENOA 48, WOODMORE 38

OAK HARBOR — Genoa took with a 18-6 run through the third quarter and into the beginning of the fourth.

Jake Plantz led the way with 12 and Sam Sutter added 11 for the Comets (20-3), which will play Cardinal Stritch in the district semifinals at 8 p.m. Thursday at Central Catholic.

Woodmore (8-15) was led by Derek Wank, who scored 15.

ARCHBOLD 62, PAULDING 52

WAUSEON — Bryce Williams scored 22 points, Rigo Ramos 19, and Eli Miller 15 for the Blue Streaks (18-5).

Marcus Miller finished with 11 to lead Paulding.

ELMWOOD 47, PATRICK HENRY 44

WAUSEON — Tayte Lentz scored 10 of his 21 points in the fourth quarter as the Royals (15-8) pulled away.

Alex VanDeBussche led the Patriots (7-15) with 17 points. Xavier Wensick added 11.

LIBERTY-BENTON 64, LIBERTY CENTER 47

DEFIANCE — Anthony Masterlasco scored 12 points in the second quarter when Liberty-Benton pulled away.

Masterlasco finished with 23 points for Liberty-Benton (20-3), which will face Van Buren in the district semifinals at 6:15 p.m. Thursday at Napoleon.

Zach Carpenter led Liberty Center (9-14) with 20 points. Christian Chambers added 12.

VAN BUREN 52, TINORA 35

DEFIANCE — Ryan Turner scored 16 points and Braxton Fasone 14 as the Black Knights (20-3) advanced.

Conor Gilbert led Tinora with 10 points.

Division IV

TOLEDO CHRISTIAN 48, EDGERTON 38 ■ VIDEO

SWANTON — The Eagles won late at the foul line. They were 16 of 22 in that quarter and 29 of 38 overall.

Toledo Christian (19-4) was led by Delano Smith with 19 points, and Joseph Ochoa with 11 (all free throws).

Jake Siebenaler and Dustin Miller both had 10 points for the Bulldogs (8-16).

The Eagles advance to the Napoleon district on Tuesday to play Holgate. 

HOLGATE 33, FAYETTE 24

SWANTON — Bailey Hohenberger scored 11 points as the Tigers (19-4) prevailed.

Clayton Pheils led the Eagles (7-16) with 10 points.

NORTH BALTIMORE 74, NEW RIEGEL 62

MT. BLANCHARD — A 26-9 third quarter in favor of North Baltimore allowed it to win.

Chase Nagle scored 20 points and Levi Gazarek added 19 to lead North Baltimore (13-10). The Tigers will face Mohawk in the district semifinal Wednesday at Liberty-Benton.

New Riegel was led by Lucas Williams, who scored 18 and Shane Halcomb, who added 16 points.
