Ohio Gov. John Kasich is proud of the $2 billion rainy day fund achieved during his administration (March 14, ‘‘Kasich’s bad faith”).
Is the governor just as proud of Ohio being the number one state for opioid and heroin overdoses?
A rainy day fund is to be used during periods of crisis and financial need. Governor Kasich should stop sitting on $2 billion and invest in the health needs of Ohio.
