OVI Task Force to operate checkpoints

The Lucas County OVI Task Force will check for impaired drivers beginning today.

Law enforcement officers are conducting the checkpoints from 8 p.m. today to 1 a.m. Saturday at 7718 West Central Ave. in Sylvania Township and 1470 South McCord Rd. in Holland.
