  • To fill a need for warehouse space for smaller businesses, WMOG/Mosser Group of Findlay is building a 200,000-square-foot warehouse on the outskirts of Bowling Green to be operated by Ohio Logistics of Findlay.

The $8.5-million project, on the east side of Wood-Bridge Business Park off Dunbridge Road and north of Wooster Road, is expected to be finished by early May.

Users will be area manufacturers who need warehousing space, perhaps to free up room in their plants to increase production, said Sue Clark, director of the Bowling Green Community Development Foundation. The land was purchased from a farmer, rezoned, and annexed into the city, Ms. Clark said.

The construction, next to a GKN Driveline factory, is the first of three possible warehouses that could be built on up to 100 acres next to the business park, Ms. Clark said.
