Heidbreder let go at WTVG-TV, Channel 13

Station parts with other part-time personnel on Thursday

WTVG-TV, Channel 13, part-time meteorologist Kelly Heidbreder was let go by the station on Thursday, along with a handful of part-time Channel 13 personnel.

When contacted by The Blade, WTVG General Manager Pete Vito offered no comment.

Heidbreder joined WTVG in June, 2012, after she was laid-off as the morning meteorologist at WNWO-TV, Channel 24. Heidbreder is The Blade’s garden columnist.
