BGSU men's basketball announces 2 signings

Bowling Green State University announced the signing of two players who will be eligible to join the men’s basketball team in 2018-19.

Caleb Fields of Middle Township, N.J., is a 6-foot-2 guard who led his Wildwood Catholic team to the best season in school history last year. He averaged 21.1 points and 4.6 rebounds and led his team with 83 assists on the way to third-team all-state honors.

A junior college signee, Michael Laster will join BG out of Central Georgia Tech with two years of eligibility left. Laster averaged 15.5 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 7.5 assists last year.
